Overview of Company business: IM Space is an interior fit-outs company, providing interior fittings, including system furniture, office seatings to all types of office spaces. Our new business unit includes integration of all types of smart home solution devices for residential, commercial and office spaces. We are looking for unique individual to join our growing business as a Marketing Executive. s: As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to develop, manage and execute digital marketing strategies on e-commerce, website and social media platform as well as tele-marketing activities. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations across e-marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee, including listing products, managing promotions and inventory availability, advertising, providing customer service and working with operations team to fulfil orders.

• Liaise and work with e-marketplaces’ Account Managers in maximizing exposure and support. Then execute promotions by setting up the mechanics and designing, creating digital ads content to increase online sales.

• Analyze and report on product sales performance. Track and measure effectiveness of promotions.

• Develop, implement and manage social media marketing and content strategies on platforms like Website, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc
• Create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Outbound telephone calls for lead generation, developing new and identifying key contacts
• Contact potential clients for sales opportunities through telephone to arrange meetings and secure sales appointment for Sales Team to follow-up.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties within marketing such as support for events.

• Familiar with e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Lazada in marketing products, content and design creation, uploading onto website, managing orders and etc.

• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and social media best practices.

• Knowledge of relevant IT programmes, adobe photoshop and product photography would be an advantage.

• Confident, resourceful and an extrovert who enjoys meeting & interaction with people

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Degree or Diploma in any related field
