& Requirements
- Manage company social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create ad campaigns for company Facebook page
- Involve in content writing for social media platforms
- Manage website on-line sales
- Involve in offline marketing activities such as promotional events
- Prepare marketing materials
- Involve in artwork preparation for social media and offline stores
- Liaise with printing company for artwork printing
- Research, develop, design new website while maintaining the site with consistent relevant content updates
- Facilitated the delivery of superior customer service by all staff members via telecommunication and social media and resolution of customer complaints
- Increase brand awareness by managing company presence at booth exhibits and sponsored events
