If you’re keen to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing start-up, join our Marketing team to be hands-on from day one and work closely with our founding team. This role will expose you to the daily operations of managing an ed-tech start-up and facilitate the smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Support marketing campaigns planning and execution
• Research industry-related topics and prepare well-drafted drafts or copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
• Design or assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels to advertise our company and products
• Manage social media channels and assist in replying to any customer inquiries
• Ensure the collaterals created are consistent with the branding guidelines
• Design customer success initiatives, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Plan lead generation events with key partners
• Measure and report the results of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assists in any other ad-hoc data entry or administrative tasks as requested by the management

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Have business acumen to generate traffic and leads for new business opportunities
• A strong eye for detail and aesthetics according to our brand identity
• Knows how to use Photoshop or Illustrator or photo editing software is a plus, but not compulsory
• Knows basic video editing
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Mother Tongue is a plus!
• Drive, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once
