The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to work within the deadlines and produce creatives for multiple channels with different target audiences. He/She will plan and execute marketing campaigns set by the management. He / She is expected to actively reach out to partners and vendors to strengthen relationship ties and plan for promotion campaigns.Responsibilities . Meet business and strategic objectives set by Management. . Lead and motivate team to deliver up-to-date information of products, stocks, images, content to support customer's experience and journey . Engage with Online customers to meet chat response time . Ensure just-in-time shipping of goods to online shoppers . Schedule and plan themed promotions set by management . Actively work with partners and vendors to strengthen ties and . Support Company's Retail network to meet company's goal . Develop content for marketing campaigns, and design EDMs . Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends . Manage and allocate advertising budget correctly . Use marketing tools to create promotional mechanics to increase sales . Able to provide insights into the market trends and sales historyRequirement: -Min Bachcelor's Degree in relevant course of studies-Design competent with canva / photoshop-Creative & Photography skills-MS office.
