Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible in conceptualizing and leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of virtual / hybrid / physical events.
  • Manage events activations, from initial planning, through execution and reconciliation.
  • Assist in ensuring all events are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure the best attendee experience from pre-event to post-event
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and executing campaigns and writing effective, engaging copy for owned content, paid ads, EDMs, banners, etc.
  • Formulates social media strategy for campaigns, plans and develops content to garner a stronger and more engaging digital and social presence.
  • Monitor and develop reports on brand and competitor activities within social media spaces.

Requirements
  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in relevant fields or in Events Integrated, Business, Marketing etc.
  • Preferable with 1 year working experience in a similar capacity
  • Prior experience with planning and executing events (virtual, hybrid and physical) will be a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, possess the ability to set priorities, and to work well within a team environment
