Salling Search is a growing recruitment company specializing in the Shipping & Logistics industry. We are looking for a passionate individual who has a flair for creative writing and content creation. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and planning engaging content for our social media platforms, website and marketing campaigns. You will also be tasked with creating brand awareness by articulating our brand story. What will you be doing in Salling Search:

• Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms.
• Organize and produce a calendar of contents to support our overall business strategy.
• Develop, manage and execute relevant content on social media platforms and website to drive engagement and improve overall brand presence in the social media sphere.
• Plan, organize and execute promotional activities and events.
• Monitor and analyse results from digital content and web traffic to identify gaps and opportunities to move marketing efforts and strategies
• Share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
• Develop consistent quality marketing collaterals.
• Conduct research on market trends
• Liaise with third-party vendors for marketing materials
• Handle customer service (Google reviews, LinkedIn comments, etc.)

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and independent
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in WordPress, Google, LinkedIn, Canva/Photoshop
• Flair in strong creative design and copywriting skills
• Knowledge in the maritime industry and recruitment industry is an advantage
