Accounting/Tax Tech Startup (Stealth)Marketing ExecutiveSalary: $3-5k (excluding ESOP)Singapore/SEAA startup invested by top executives and Tier1 VC funds, is looking for a marketing executive to support the work of our marketing team on projects and activities aimed at developing marketing strategies and campaigns with the overall goal of maximising company profit.This is a company that is venture-backed run by ex-founders with angel investors that are founders of unicorns/decacorns, senior executives from Temasek as well as GPs of VC funds.With Singapore as the headquarter, the company will be building next-generation accounting software as well as provide back-office services for APAC HQ companies, including web3 companies as well.This is a rare opportunity for those looking to contribute and be part of a rapidly scaling company. • Plan, implement, report on and adapt multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet an agreed set of KPIs and within agreed budgets

• Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media), exhibitions and promotional events

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, potential customers and third-party services.

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and implementing subject/channel or team level projects/campaigns.

_Requirements_
**

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience preferred, understanding of the role of marketing and the implementation of evidence-based marketing campaigns

• Ability to think out of the box and create methods for implementation

• Self-Motivated, ambitious, disciplined, and positive work attitude

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Some accounting knowledge and background is a bonus but not a requirement
