Sales & Marketing Manager
Kind Kones - Singapore & Malaysia Location - Singapore Salary - $3000 upwards Responsibilities MARKETING

• Keep up to date on key market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to better understand current F&B landscape
• Plan out quarterly marketing activity and mechanics as per marketing channel
• Liaise with Accounts on Marketing budget
• Manage the social media content (visual and written) for Malaysia; Support Founder with design needs for Singapore
• Draft monthly and ad-hoc press releases; Maintain up to date media contact list for both markets
• Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.

SALES

• Drive non-retail revenue stream, i.e., ecommerce/delivery, corporate catering, events, partnerships, and eventually building out distribution accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify and source partnership opportunities through various lead generation activities including inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner research, outreach, and relationship management.
• Create effective sales materials or presentations, making it easy to communicate our product offerings and key positioning to close business deals.
• Build out ecommerce and fulfillment processes for Malaysia; Liaise with Operations Manager with ecommerce fulfillment.
• Optimize sales funnel and utilize paid and organic online marketing channels to drive traffic to our ecommerce website (SEM, SEO)

EVENTS / PARTNERSHIPS

• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
• Manage all on the ground activations from contracts, prep, set-up, to payments for Singapore
• Liaise with Events Coordinator on secured events/off-line activations ensuring quarterly activity achieves monthly sales targets for Malaysia. Support as needed to drive revenue and brand awareness.

GENERAL

• Deliver a great experience to our partners - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.
• Build a strong positive team culture

Requirements

• Passionate about working in food & beverage, health, or desserts!
• Experience influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Proactive with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Good eye for detail and some design experience.
