Job Description


Occupation Description: Läderach is a well-established chocolatier hailing from Glarus, Switzerland. The brand is well established in Switzerland, Germany, Japan, the Middle East and Korea.

The Marketing Executive drives the growth of the business by developing and executing all advertising and promotional activities including traditional, in-store, online and local marketing initiatives.

He/She works in a fast-paced and digitally-centric environment where he oversees the end-to-end commercialisation and operationalisation of the e-commerce business.

He/She has an understanding of omni-channel marketing and is able to develop campaigns that span across the different customer touchpoints (i.e. online, in-store, events)

He/She is an energetic, collaborative and results-oriented team leader.

He/she is technology-savvy with strong business acumen and is able to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop overall social strategy including content planning, strategy, and storytelling framework
  • Work closely with creative team to generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, videos, EDMs, etc.)
  • Execute social media content on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.
Digital Marketing
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Public Relations and KOL Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local media publishers, local influencers to drive traffic, build buzz and brand awareness
  • Disseminate press information and pitch feature angles
  • Direct media seeding and sponsorships as well as KOL outreach for special campaigns
  • Develop and execute events, community workshops, and experiences to drive brand awareness and loyalty
E-Commerce
  • Drive E-commerce business growth by analysing trends/opportunities, developing and implementing strategic and tactical programmes that leverages on those trends/opportunities
  • Enhance E-commerce customer experience, including developing customer retention, loyalty programmes, as well as the development and implementation of a robust service recovery framework
  • Manage and update the E-commerce platform, which includes working closely with the merchandising team to launch new products online, and also the operations team to manage/optimise online inventory
Requirements: Ideally 2-3 years of relevant working experience in:
  • E-commerce back end management. Our platform is built on WooCommerce.
  • E-Commerce Campaign Management
  • Data mining and analytics
  • Display and Search Engine Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
