Job Description
:
- CRM Management, Responsible in Database housekeeping and maintenance.
- Spearhead development for improvements in the CRM system, which will help to enhance customer experience and better marketing strategies.
- Provide CRM system supports/training to internal shareholders.
- Social Media marketing, schedule posts and analyze data.
- Generate and manage weekly/quarterly reports
- Liaising / negotiating with vendors for quotes.
- Provide assistance in events and other marketing activities
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Possesses minimal 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce,zoho).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Logical and analytical with great attention to detail.
- Blockchain experience is a plus but not a must.
