Job Description


  • Our client, a startup company that provides personal skincare care products is urgently seeking a Marketing Executive to join the team in Singapore. This person supports the Brand Manager in planning and executing the marketing calendar of activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of all campaigns, product launches, and projects.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    1. MARKETING
    • Gathering and analyzing key market trends, competitor activities, and other pertinent information needed to develop efficient and effective IMC plans.
    • Planning, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions including, ATL, BTL, and EC.
    • Managing the timeline for campaigns and new product launches and follow-through with high accuracy
    • Preparing, monitoring, and presenting accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, and derive key learning for business growth and decision-making.
    • Working closely with various agencies to develop internal/external marketing tools and offline and online collaterals for campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ensuring smooth implementation of merchandising/in-store activities, and below-the-line activities successfully.
    • Planning and ensuring execution of media plan for both online and offline channels.
    • Working with the sales and Ecomm team to ensure that all offline and online campaigns with retail partners are executed accurately and on time.

    2. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
    • Working with the supply chain team and supporting the Brand Manager in order forecast, demand, and supply.
    • Supporting Brand Manager in defining and setting competitive product pricing, margins, tactical promotion, and marketing awareness to ensure sales forecasts and targets are met.
    • Working with Warehouse to ensure that products are ready for sale.

    3. MARKET INTELLIGENCE
    • Gathering and monitoring market and consumer trends and competitive information.
    • Conducting on-ground market visits to trade channels to understand consumers’ buying behaviors and upcoming product trends.

    4. ADMINISTRATIVE
    • Coordinating with suppliers for the production and deployment of various marketing and product-related collaterals and materials, i.e. POSM, product labels, items for GWPs, etc.
    • Coordinating with Finance for all payment requests to suppliers and agency partners.
    • Managing A&P budget to ensure effective use of funds and good ROI.
  • Requirement


    【 What they are looking for 】
    • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business-related discipline
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Product Management experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
    • Strong numerical and PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
    • Basic proficiency with editing software (Photoshop, Adobe Premier) is an advantage.

    8:30 ~ 18:00
