Contribute and develop marketing strategies for room, food & beverage, weddings and events for Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy Hotel and Noku Hotels (Kyoto, Osaka, Maldives & Phuket).All marketing strategies must be aligned with the Hotel's brand image and culture. Provide cohesive analysis of market trends and competitive data to determine strategies that are up to date with current market and competitive conditions.Duties and Responsibilities Articulate and pitch marketing strategies for sales, marketing, PR & social activities of each Hotel brand. All marketing strategies must be aligned with the Hotel's brand image and culture. Support marketing strategies with cohesive related data information. Provide efficient and detailed execution plans to achieve the proposed strategies. Follow-up with analytic result reports after implementation for improvements and developments. Collaborative with team members or departments to share/implement marketing strategies Develop creative and efficient marketing strategies to achieve desired results while keeping to the product's quality image. Liaise with related internal parties and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of all approved collaterals for each task. Assist in the planning & execution of scheduled media trips when required. Strong copy-writing skills for collateral, online and offline materials; from the conceptual to final delivery. Any other ad-hoc duties as stipulated by HODsRequirements: 2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing role preferred Experience in media / blogging experience is a bonus Resourceful with good attention to details Creative, motivated, good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
