Company descriptionMate Mate Asia Pte Ltd , producer and owner of Mate Mate Singapore drink brand.Currently in a business globally expanding phase.Mate Mate is a natural energy drink, which targets young people who keen on games, sports... and active lifestyle.www.matemate.comJob descriptionTitle: Marketing - Social Media ExecutiveJD: The candidate is responsible for managing, planning, scheduling and creation/curation of content for MATE MATE social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, Discord, Twitch, Reddit, LinkedIn ... Develop and execute influencer/affiliate marketing strategies and creative campaigns to build up the brand awareness and drive customer engagement, bring more followers, and convert followers into consumers. Manage the relationship with media and publishers.- Social Media Accounts Management1. All accounts management (Instagram,Facebook,Twitter,Tiktok,Youtube, Discord, Twitch, Reddit...) including char moderator.2. Develop content ideas and write original posts/articles.3. Contents, Pictures & Videos creation.4. Schedule and Posts5. Create and Manage campaigns6. Hashtag research and application7. Social media reports, dashboard for analytics and engagement.- Social Media Growth Marketing1. Campaign Blueprint2. Doing research and make good use of marketing tools and paid ads3. Crafting of direct message.4. Making Strategy including organic and paid ones5. Social Media Ads budget plan and management6. Bring viewers engagement, bring followers, and drive followers to become potential customers.- Influencer Management1. Engagement of influencers ,Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users2. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns3. Preparing of campaign scope4. Curating, coordinating, consolidating and distributing campaign scope5. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and leaders6. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns7. Build up and manage an entire international (especially in SG, US,Malaysia...) influencers/affiliate project- Media and Publishers Relationship1. Doing research of relevant Media and Publishers channels2. Manage the relationship with medias and publishers3. Scale content initiatives with external meida and publisher partnerships- Marketing Assistant and Coordination1. marketing events follow up (follow up with manager, agencies, suppliers, and other parties...)2. marketing events preparation: merchandise, communication, coordination...3. marketing events report- Others1. Close working with marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels and partnership.2. Close working with the E-commerce for influencer/affiliate marketing project3. Cooperation and communication with agencies for some projects or campaign.4. Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes, and record the event and post on social media, and external medias and publishers. Support the marketing team in the development and execution of trade events, on-ground shoots whenever required.5. Good coordination with other departmentsRequirements: Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field A strong interest in social media & marketing industry Loves connecting on social media platforms and active user (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Good communication & networking with people Fluent language skills and a flair for creative writing (English) Fluent language skill in Mandarin is preferable Good taste of pictures and short videos Proficiency in Photoshop / graphic design software / video editing Presentable and good social skillExperience: Social Media Marketing: 2 years + experience in running social marketing efforts for a global/national brand.
