You must love interacting with guests, babies, and value exceptional customer service. As a Marketing Executive, your duties shall be as follows: . Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for F&B, also pre- and postpartum services . Coordinate and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), and promotional events . Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures . Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication . Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) . Maintain relationships with vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities . Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance . Provide marketing support for events and other marketing initiatives . Any ad hoc duties assigned and work well in team Requirements . Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role . Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods . Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices . Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM) . Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., Web Trends) . Excellent communication and people skills . Creativity and commercial awareness . Self-motivating and energetic . Strong organizational and time-management abilities . Teamwork - working well with the team and give a helping hand to one another . Minimum of 2 years related experience . Ability to multitask and work independently as well as working in a team . Excellent oral and written skills in English, Good written skills in Mandarin are a bonus
