As a member of the marketing team, you will take part in the conceptualisation, organization and execution of both online and offline marketing activities. You will have the platform to share your ideas on how to promote and grow Cathay Cineplexes as the choice destination for movies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in development of marketing campaigns and initiatives Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to execute and track all marketing campaigns, including on-ground events Monitor progress of campaigns with various metrics and submit performance reports Assist with the development and implementation of B2B marketing strategies Organize and maintain all offline publicity materials, such as large format advertisements Provide administrative support Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned ESSENTIAL QUALITIES Creative and innovative, with good analytical skills Appreciates team work, and is a self-starter Highly motivated and able to work at a fast-paced environment High level of communication skills, both written and oral Strong problem solving skills with high emotional intelligence REQUIREMENTS: Diploma/Degree in Marketing or its equivalent Any of the following experiences will be an added advantage: B2B marketing 1 or 2 years marketing experience in ecommerce/retail Experience working in the entertainment industry Cathay staff enjoy benefits such as parent care leave, insurance, flexible claim and movie tickets for every free listed movie.
