Purpose of the job: The role of the Marketing Executive is to take proactive and ultimate responsibility for content creation across, and management of social channels, and have a creative point of view on how to scale dentsu's internal projects on social media. Working with a variety of stakeholders, across teams from the region, the marketing executive will be required to have a clear understanding of creative best practices, and lead amplification initiatives with the aim of reaching social excellence. This role would require a keen understanding of community building, leveraging data, analyzing success and using learnings to build targeted relationships. Develop or leverage existing organic and paid Social Media strategy to drive growth and business leads Identify gaps in dentsu's regional social strategy and make recommendations of improvement by leading the way. Day-to-day content creation, and management of the company's social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) Analyze and adapt to the internet's changing dynamic and make dentsu APAC a relevant entity on social media. Support the launch of thought leadership to target regional audiences. Plan and execute cost-effective paid social media campaigns for a range of difference audiences. Content Creation and amplification for internal projects campaigns Works with the Regional, Local Comms teams and respective business area owners to build relevant, visually captivating content to share across channels. Develop a unique social strategy for the launch and amplification for campaigns internal projects ranging from dentsu's research capabilities, seminars, and innovation. Cater creating content to match relevant audiences, and proactively pitch creative solutions to relevant stakeholders. Support the development of case studies and awards, while being the dentsu's biggest cheerleaders. Be the go-to person for all things Creative and Social Measures and reports all digital marketing campaigns and assesses performance against goals to measure and targets to set. Ensure all comms are relevant and ensure brand consistency across assets. Work closely with the design and video partner to craft content. Document analytics and create reports on performance & metrics/KPIs, audience segment engagement etc., and continually finding ways to improve through testing and new initiatives. Person specifications: Hands-on experience building online communities or prior agency experience working with clients. Comfortable speaking the language of the internet (Writing skills tailored to specific Social Media platforms) Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize and deliver tasks on time. Possesses a diverse range of skills i.e., designing for social, long form copy, etc. Always innovating and is unafraid to have a point of view. A proactive team player who is unafraid to experiment and apply new ideas. Experienced in working with Social Media Management platforms, and analytics and reporting tools. B2B experience is a plus. Familiar with Social Media Ads platforms (specially Linkedin) with hands-on experience running paid campaings.
