The ideal candidate will be a creative and passionate individual with never-give-up attitude. Enjoys creating content on social media including spontaneous videos and candid interviews with the community. Someone who writes beautifully for regular social content and for press releases. With multiple green redevelopment projects upcoming in our pipeline, your career with us will be exciting (with many creative programmes to roll out), enriching (with learnings on urban farming and the circular economy) and fulfilling (educating and helping the community at large). Job Responsibilities: Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign Develop & build marketing campaigns Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, writers & journalists. Manage and optimize advertising & promotion budget Requirements: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication skills. Prior experience with presenting to large group in public will be bonus. Strong writing skills. Prior experience in writing press release will be bonus. Present samples of Social Media Content created by you (incl Personal Projects or School Projects) Able to start work in short notice will be preferred.
