As part of the Axis South East Asia (SEA) Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager, SEA as well as mana As part of the Axis South East Asia (SEA) Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager, SEA as well as managing the Axis Academy training program in the region, localisation of content and key digital marketing initiatives for the Southeast Asia region. This challenging role calls for a broad range of capabilities as you will independently manage the portfolios from start to end. While you will need to delegate some details to vendors and others, you will also need to ensure that every detail is executed completely, accurately and on time and budget. You will need a dynamic personality and a proven ability to co-ordinate among multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including managing expectations, providing solutions and balancing a collaborative approach with the right measure of assertiveness and diplomacy. In particular, you will work closely with the in-country sales team within Southeast Asia to drive multi-channel, multi-faceted marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and tactics at the channel and end-users community to generate the desired results assigned to the sales & marketing objectives. You may also be required to assist in larger SAP regional projects from time to time in joint regional activities and programs. This role is based in Singapore . K ey responsibilities will include: Channel Marketing (VN/ PH/ TH) Work with local in-country sales team to focus on channel development and specific vertical segments to execute integrated marketing strategies targeting end users, channel partners Support local marketing activities in SEA with integrated strategies including PR, industry association involvement, advertising, marketing communications, and channel marketing Academy Training Program Plan and execute Academy training program in Southeast Asia region, work with in-country sales team to drive adoption and certification targets, inclusive of administrative tasks such as registration for trainer-led Academy classes and tracking of attendance and examination pass rate Work with HQ to roll out campaigns to drive academy awareness and interest Events Management Assist in planning and execution of events / exhibitions that drive meaningful demand and lead generation results for Axis. Coordinate, source and manage necessary logistical arrangements, such as venue, travel and shipping, with relevant vendors and stakeholders. Marketing operations and administrative support Manage internal demo unit orders from different stakeholders, secure the necessary pricing and approvals, then order, track and advise requestors of incoming shipments Prepare necessary metrics and reports to management when required for review Interface with Finance on invoices, payments, spending forecasts and budget monitoring Work with existing or source for alternative printers and vendors on collaterals and giveaways either locally or regionally in conjunction with regional HQ team in Singapore Content, Digital and Social Media marketing Work with SEA and regional HQ team to plan and execute digital programs and activities in SEA, includes running webinars and facilitating translations for selected content Assist to execute and track digital marketing campaigns to achieve campaign objectives Other duties as assigned by management Other duties may be assigned by management depending on business requirements Profile (Requirements for this job) As an individual, you think outside-the-box and have a dynamic approach to problem solving. You have a flair for numbers and are very competent with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud ' primarily InDesign, Photoshop and PDF is a plus. You possess strong project management skills with attention to details, without losing sight of the big picture. You are flexible, quick thinking, buckets of initiative and exceptional decision making, and are able to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. You will be required to travel within Southeast Asia and internationally, up to an estimated 25% of the time to support major trade shows and events around the region. You possess strong writing and communications skills. Qualification and Experience Degree in marketing or related field 2-4 years of marketing experience Competency in Microsoft Office Suite is critical Fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of other regional languages is a plus Salesforce and Pardot experience is a plus Important skills, abilities, knowledge for this role: Able to work and collaborate effectively with people from different teams and countries Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills Meticulous showing great attention to detail Mentally flexible, able to handle pressure and different responsibilities Able to exercise initiative and thrive in an open, transparent work culture with minimal supervision Must be open-minded and willing to learn Prior experience in events marketing and/or digital marketing would be a strong plus
