JOB DESCRIPTION - Assist the Marketing Manager in his or her duties and responsibilities. - Oversee the Superintendents' Offices and Business Centres of Tuas, Benoi and Gul yards. - Oversee the duties of the Office Assistants an JOB DESCRIPTION - Assist the Marketing Manager in his or her duties and responsibilities. - Oversee the Superintendents' Offices and Business Centres of Tuas, Benoi and Gul yards. - Oversee the duties of the Office Assistants and Marketing Assistants. - In charge of daily Planner as well as Superintendents' and Visitors' List circulations. - Plan for the necessary manpower allocation. - Collate and circulate Continuous and Final Feedback Form and perform the necessary updates in the CRM. - Prepare Customer Satisfaction Index Reports. - Manage and circulate Car Park Listings. - Handle room allocations for Superintendents. - Gather Continuous and Final Feedback. - Prepare all relevant marketing reports. - Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other form of data storage, company track records as well as corporate presentations. - Support Account Managers in their sales and business development functions. - Track news and other business information that would contribute to the achievement of overall business goals. - Gather and analyse data so as to prepare for Pre-qualification Questionaires, reports, write ups, board papers, and marketing researches or studies as well as companies write-ups. - Preparation of Board Papers, Annual Reports and management reports. - Attend to requests for company information from clients, government bodies and other marine industry institutions. - Lead in exhibitions, naming ceremonies, sponsorships and events. - Gather company and fleet information. - Provide daily news circulation and updates. - Attend roster scheduling. - Assign car park spaces for clients. - Plan and lead in exhibitions, naming ceremonies, sponsorships and other events. - Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements. - Any other assigned duties and responsibilities. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Business / Arts / Engineering related fields. - At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing research or business development field preferably with some experience in the shipyard or marine industry. - Strong qualitative or quantitative analysis skills. - Keen sense of writing.
