This role will broaden your experience across marketing and customer/employee experience and provide you with the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies for HCLI. This is an exciting role that will develop your expertise in high-growth specialisations such as content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, webinars and events. You will work closely with colleagues in the Strategic Marketing and Communications team and get the chance to experience working with the HCLI ecosystem comprising global thought leaders, business leaders and alumni. Responsibilities As a marketing executive, you'll get involved in the following: Grow brand awareness of HCLI across relevant target markets and selected audiences Assist in developing and executing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies Organise and oversee end-to-end of advertising/communication campaigns (social media, webinars, email marketing etc.), webinars and promotional events Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (newsletter, press releases, website material, blog etc.) Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events, campaigns and client/alumni engagement activities, and produce content materials (blog and videos) Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance Co-create content strategy, social media strategy and manage social media calendar Monitor progress of web and social media analytics and submit reports of performance Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent. Thorough understanding of marketing elements especially digital marketing (SEO/Social Media etc). Team player with excellent communication and writing skills. Well-organised and detail oriented. Demonstrate strong project management skills, and ability to think critically. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind. Solid computer skills and knowledge in MS Office. Proven experience in marketing or related job functions is desired. Familiarity in marketing software (Buffer, MailChimp, Zoho Campaign) and applications (Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Canva) are an advantage.
