We are seeking an innovative, creative, and community-centric Marketing Executive with proven ability to assist in our marketing campaigns and global growth. The successful candidate will be joining our fast-growing global marketing team and is required to work closely with cross functional teams; (e.g.,) Business Affairs, Operations, Retail, Creative to ensure marketing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and projects aligned with the global marketing strategy and brand image
  • Conduct marketing planning, analysis, research, A&P and market development activities for the achievement of short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Execute and drive marketing campaigns and provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Work with the various internal and external teams to develop targeted sales & marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with in-house and/or external creative agencies to develop marketing materials.
  • Liaise with Chinese agency partners in developing localized content.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing operations to maximise products exposure.
  • Social media platforms management, including drafting, publishing and responding to comments
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.
What You\'ll Bring
  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in relevant fields: Toys/Collectibles, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Marketing, Merchandise, Fashion, Pop Culture
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Basic Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva skills
  • Basic video/reel editing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Possess a knack for identifying great marketing creative
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and creative skills
  • Comfortable with working in a fun-dynamic business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality
  • Experience with Chinese social media platforms is optional but nice to have
