Job Description


Location: Central Working Days: Mon - Fri


  • Support the marketing manager to execute marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and leads conversion as well as content strategy through all content channels and mediums with external vendors
  • Work closely with external creative agencies to design or produce marketing materials
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand\xe2\x80\x99s target audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Work closely with software projects team in implementation and setup of marketing automation tools, CRM and EDM tools
  • Analyse google analytics & campaign reports and develop an optimisation plan to improve site traffic, reduce bounce, and raise conversion rates.
  • Constant monitoring and liaising with external websites regarding listings.
  • Maintain and update the promotional and property contents on our website, ensuring that the published contents are up to date.
  • Work closely with digital marketing agency and the marketing manager to continue to optimise our website for SEO and leads conversion.
  • Provide marketing support to our business development team, business partners and property team.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive reports, to senior management on progress of campaigns, content, social media management, website analytics, SEO and other key marketing efforts
  • Work closely with external partners in events curation and execution, and in post-event social marketing.
  • Involve in launch of major marketing events that focuses on brand and target market outreach

Required skills and attributes:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in business, marketing, public relations and Communications or related majors
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of marketing experience. Prior experience in digital marketing will be a major advantage.
  • Experience in working with HubSpot, mailchimp, Google Analytics and Campaign Manager is a plus.
  • Any experience with tools in EDM, analytics and marketing automation are advantageous
  • Possess good analytical, planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good team player and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
  • Performance oriented and put in the effort to exceed expectations
  • A go-getter who is independent and pro-active in the projects they handle
  • Dependable and follow through with all stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate a good outcome on pricing and terms with external vendors
