Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle and assist with brand development work including advertising, digital and ecommerce, promotions, creative projects, PR and event management.
• Participate in development and execution of marketing strategies including brand positioning, communication strategies, advertising and consumer promotion initiatives.
• Partner with agencies and in-house creative team to develop brand assets and collaterals.

• In charge of all social media accounts including managing and responding to enquiries from social media audience.
• Develop and implement online and digital marketing strategies using SEM, email, content marketing, IG, FB ads etc. to generate leads across all online platforms
• Develop and manage social media and digital marketing content for social media, company website, in-house app etc
• Engage audience with various kinds of photography or video-based content for marketing purposes and brand awareness.
• Analyse social media trends and explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks.
• Assist with planning and executing of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
• Work with internal and external vendors whenever required.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Experience in digital and social media marketing
• Experience in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and write in English and Chinese
