Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Digital Media Platform
- Website - content creation, maintain & refresh
- Social Media - (eg. Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, etc) - create, maintain and update
- Online marketing - create to target audience for sales lead generation
- Campaigns - create weekly, quarterly, targetted, including reports on success of campaigns
- Web design and SEO skills - experience is required
- Telemarketing
- Making/Answering calls to/from potential clients and arrange for visit
Customer Service
- Sales & Technical Team Support
- Sales Support - liaise with existing or potential customers for enquiries or follow-up with sales team
- Service Support
- Update Customer on status of service
- Prepare of Quotation for service job
- Shipping support for incoming & outgoing shipments.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Digital Media with at least 2 - 3 years in creating, operating and maintaining digital media content.
- Able to work with CRM systems & Google Suite
- Proficient in Wix, Shopify platforms & CRM systems with some coding experience
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
