Job Description

Provide administrative support to marketing department

Evaluate and analyze the feedback and result of all promotional and marketing activities and compile regular reports for management review

Organize and support all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, not limited to order processing, sales follow-up and bill analysis etc.

Collate sales funnel and weekly & monthly sales reports Assist in managing the operation procedures in accounts payable and receivables.

Provide general administration support to sales team, e.g. business travel arrangement

Handle office operational and administrative tasks, not limited to filing of documents, procurement and maintenance of office supplies

Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Business Administration, PR Management, Marketing or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills

Bilingual with proficiency in mandarin preferred to liaise with mandarin speaking customers -
