As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be assisting in the development and execution of all brands & marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that communicate brands\xe2\x80\x99 philosophy, drive guest traffic, sales and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
Conceptualise and develop campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, increase brand presence and optimise brand experience, both online and offline.
Plan yearly marketing calendar and budget for each respective brand.
Timely execution of overall marketing calendar, all brands & marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that communicate brand philosophy, drive guest traffic, sales and brand loyalty.
Manage backend systems of website and ensure its optimised for SEO and track its performance in Google Analytics.
Manage e-Commerce, e-Menus, POS, merchant portals of collaborating partners, CRM and social media platforms.
Work collaboratively with in-house or external design agencies to execute designs and creative contents.
Communicate with all internal departments, liaison with mall A&P teams on ad spaces and mall campaigns.
Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each activation, as well as all digital marketing campaigns and partnerships (with malls and online delivery platforms) developed for each respective brand.
Increase sales channels and online brand presence; launch of online delivery partners and craft promotion and online pricing strategy.
Manage and build good relationship with key media for PR coverage of important events/activities.
Plan and prepare monthly social media calendar for respective brand.
Prepare press releases, speeches, marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures and presentation materials that are aligned with brands\xe2\x80\x99 philosophy.
Generate and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports comprises of consumer insight for Management\xe2\x80\x99s business review and strategic planning for brands vs. competition.
Provide support to corporate sales and customer service functions.
Assist in planning and organising ad-hoc events when necessary to serve as conversion touchpoints for our sales teams
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Media / Communications or related fields
Must have experience in brand management in F&B industry
Translate texts from English to Chinese (and vice versa) is an advantage
Pleasant disposition, positive, assertive and exhibits strong functional skill
Proficient in communication and presenting to stakeholders
Proficient in digital marketing and content creation
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
Salary commensurate with experience
