We are looking for a Marketing Executive to create our branding and marketing strategy and plan, coordinate and carry out branding and marketing activities for the Company. This includes performing market research on brand awareness, market trends, and target buyer landscapes for marketing and communication plans. You will take care of the creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives to maximise brand awareness, product awareness and lead conversion. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing relationships with advertising agencies, external suppliers, the media and key industry stakeholders by attending networking events and keeping updated on key trends in the market.
- Work with the management to develop overall marketing strategy
- Come up with tactics to boost Company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation, drive qualified traffic and generate leads.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for digital platforms, such as social media as well as our Company\xe2\x80\x99s website to attract and convert our target groups.
- Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Prepare, control and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (both traditional and digital), gain insight and assess against goals.
- Identify market trends and analyze consumer behaviour to adjust the Company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing presence accordingly.
Competencies
- Degree holder in Marketing or related fields
- Has minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding of marketing strategy development and execution
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Skilled in content creation and copywriting
- Knowledge of visual and video creation is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and independent working style
