Job Summary: As a Marketing Executive for our job portal, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract and retain job seekers and employers on our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create content, plan and execute campaigns, and analyze data to optimize our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for job seekers and employers.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Work with the product team to ensure the website and user experience are optimized for marketing and user acquisition.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or online marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
