We are looking for an experienced marketing director who can help us reach out and market to organisations (B2B) and entrepreneurs (B2C). We are seeking web-savvy individuals who are well-versed in digital marketing, marketing automation, content and algorithmic marketing and are familiar with funnels, web tools and platforms for marketing.
Responsibilities:
Identify target audiences, personas and segments and market PIFs programs and courses to these segments
Create marketing funnels and automate marketing campaigns to nurture, educate and qualify leads with a view to closing, upselling and cross-selling.
Build and develop campaigns for various products and audiences
Create, manage and market content to develop communities and loyal followings so as to increase conversions and LTV
Source and create marketing and selling partnerships with synergistic organisations, both Singapore and international
Educate organisations on the various government support and funding schemes that are available to help train new skills and create organizational capabilities and competitive advantage.
Source and participate in trade shows, conferences and exhibitions to reach out to organisations, potential partners, collaborators and individuals.
Make presentations and pitches to business owners, C-suites and managers
Background and Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing with particular concentration in digital marketing, platform marketing using Google, LinkedIn and Facebook, and social media marketing
Candidates can be proficient in any of these or all: Digital Marketing/ Marcom/ Events
An understanding of content marketing and/ or predictive marketing would be a plus
Performance-oriented and a can-do attitude
Good communication and writing skills with an excellent command of the English language
Able to communicate in Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matters
The ability to generate or write good content would be a crucial
Tech-savviness and a good understanding of web-tools and platforms for marketing would be desirable
A good team player with initiative, creativity and resourcefulness
Ability to work independently and a high performance-orientation
Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
