The Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of the offline, online, and social marketing plans of RSI. In addition, he/she assists in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication plans and any adjustments that are needed to these plans. He/she works in a fluid and collaborative environment. He/she supports the basic intent of increasing brand awareness, generating leads as well as fostering customer loyalty. He/she is creative, resourceful, and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Major Responsibilities
1. Drive marketing campaigns
Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials
Evaluate emerging technological changes for the adaption of marketing activities
2. Drive digital marketing campaigns
Select digital platforms in support of marketing campaigns
Implement digital marketing activities
Produce content for web, blogs, vlogs, e-newsletters, and/or digital platforms
Develop content for mobile applications and/or multimedia products
Identify and develop relationships with bloggers and influencers
Identify digital platforms to strengthen inbound marketing efforts for the organization and/or brand
Evaluate emerging technological changes for the adaption of marketing activities
Conduct keyword research, web-traffic monitoring, and web statistics reporting
3. Drive social media marketing campaigns
Select social media platforms in support of marketing campaigns
Implement social marketing activities
Plan content for social media platforms
Produce content for web, blogs, vlogs, e-newsletters, and/or digital platforms
Review and handle comments on social media platforms
Use social media tools and techniques for a range of marketing activities
4. Drive offline marketing campaigns
Select offline platforms or traditional media in support of marketing campaigns
Implement offline marketing activities
Plan content for print, broadcast, external media roadshows, internal sales promotions, and/or events
Implement content for print, broadcast, external media roadshows, internal sales promotions, and/ or events
Review external communication platforms and channels
6. Perform public relations activities
Comply with social, ethical, legal, and regulatory parameters and guidelines for public relations activities and social media platforms
Produce, receive, and act on public relations business communication
Implement public relations activities
Maintain public relations communication with external stakeholders
Implement crisis management action and communication plans
7. Manage budget
Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocations
Administer acquisition and payment processes
Engage in cost-saving efforts
Work experience Candidates with at least 1-2 years of work experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation or equivalent are preferred. However, those without work experience are welcome to apply
Training/Education Diploma graduates in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation or equivalent from an accredited institution are preferred
Other Qualities Multi-tasker, excellent communicator, team player, detail-oriented, meticulous, well-informed, and compliant with respective regulatory terms and conditions
