Responsibilities
The Marketing & Creative Executive is responsible for organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media) and promotional events to help grow brand awareness.
- Promoting and selling our events packages to achieve monthly events sales target
- Responsible for maintaining the database and generating new potential clients for events sales.
- Deliver all aspects of each client\xe2\x80\x99s event; coordinate plan, organize catering, collateral production, and marketing when needed.
- Preparation of event/sales/competitor reports.
- Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with clients through CRM.
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with key stakeholders.
- Securing sponsorship sales and ensuring business KPIs are met.
- Working as part of the Marketing Department to plan and execute campaigns that generate leads for events sales.
- Support the Marketing department in organizing and coordinating all brand-related events with the objective of increasing brand awareness and sales revenue.
- To conceptualize and design all visual collaterals in support of all marketing activities e.g., menus, EDMs, social medica content, website graphics, posters and more.
- To carry out any other duties appropriate to the grade and nature of the post as directed.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing or related studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role will be required
- You will be based at the Headquarters located at Macpherson.
