Provide day to day support to Marketing Communications Manager undertaking set tasks as directed, including all aspects of Marketing Communications and advertising matters and liaising with Corporate Office as required.
Assist Marketing Communications Manager with Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This includes EDM marketing to engage customers.
Maintain and manage hotel website ensuring content are updated and accurate
Responsible for Community Management platforms such as Tripadvisor, Agoda, Booking.com etc where customers can make reviews regarding the hotel
Development and production of new collaterals and advertisements for branding campaign.
Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
Responsible for photo/video taking and editing for all social media content creation. This includes within and out of hotel content.
Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills & a customer-oriented attitude
Excellent command of English
Meticulous, independent & efficient in executing and overseeing assigned projects
At least one year of relevant working experience, preferably in web or database marketing.
Must be familiar with digital marketing and social media skills, Facebook-savvy
Familiar with Photography, Adobe software, and use of Macbook
Basic graphics knowledge
Confident and positive personality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
