Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the Beauty Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive revenue growth in Singapore, and our expansion into Thailand, and China. The ideal candidate must possess great media and PR connections, have their fingers on the pulse of the latest trends in the beauty industry, and be experienced in local marketing.


Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives and drive business growth locally, with a focus on expanding the brand\'s presence in Thailand, and China.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and PR contacts in Singapore, Thailand, and China to secure brand coverage and maximize exposure in those markets.

• Research and analyze industry trends and consumer behaviors in Singapore, Thailand, and China to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Plan and execute successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6and YouTube, in all three markets.

• Work closely with the creative team to develop content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives in Singapore, Thailand, and China.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results.

• Manage budgets and optimize marketing spend to ensure maximum ROI in all three markets.

Analyze marketing data and provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends in Singapore, Thailand, and China.
