We are looking for a Marketing Executive to work on projects from big to small aimed at creating awareness and engagement for Jung Beauty and a few Kbeauty brands under Ksisters. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for all things beauty, brand storytelling and our mission to create life-changing premium and professional hair & skincare products to our audience. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM), you will have the opportunity to grow as an E-commerce/Beauty Marketing expert by working in end-to-end Digital Marketing & E-commerce operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Contents Creation (50%)

• Monitor social buzz and trends and translate them to actions to help support business goals.
• Conceptualizing and creating social media content (Photography/ Videography/ Graphic Design) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok.
• Manage our social media accounts

• Involved in the planning and execution of activations and campaigns to support new launches and brand\xe2\x80\x99s key promotions.
• Ensure launch/campaign readiness, planning and execution of product launches/marketing activations to ensure alignment with brand strategy in collaboration
• Lead the development of brand collaterals (brochures and gift with purchases)
• Develop product page for new launch product by localizing from the original Korean content.
• Support AMM on media campaigns, KOL marketing & liaison and social campaigns to drive brand growth.
• Support the team in daily operations follow-up & execution (quality issues, or any brand related matters)

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Relevant Beauty field and interest in Korean Beauty will be a plus.)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro
• A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset, enthusiastic and collaborative
• A strong team player with good communication skills to facilitate cross functional discussions
• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks in detail with great multitasking skills in a very fast-paced environment
