Working closely with the marketing team for marketing activities of all brands under company
Assist in the development of long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day executions to improve sales, traffic, and engagement.
Involve in discussion with the different stakeholders to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to achieve objectives.
Support development and implementation of brand communication plans internally and externally * Conduct regular research and analysis of emerging trends, changes in consumer behaviour, competitor brand dynamics & business opportunities globally
Ensure rich research insights are converted into consumer-driven strategies and product ideas;
Ensure our activities and messages across all marketing platforms are synchronized to our company mission and vision
Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives A key focus will be on ensuring maximum return for our marketing investments and continual refinement of our plan.
Involve in collaboration product planning and development of products
Coordinate advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events and liaise with external vendors/agencies where applicable. * Stay up-to-date in the latest digital best practices and technology

Requirements
Degree in Business (with marketing specialization) or Marketing
Minimum 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Fluent written & oral communication skills in English
Proven ability to be creative (generate ideas) in finding solutions to everyday challenges
Should demonstrate a high degree of initiative with positive and insightful thinking skills
Able to demonstrate strong administrative management skills against repetitive tasks and actions
Must be highly meticulous with a great sense of responsibility & good time management
