Job Description

MetroResidences is looking for a Marketing Executive to support all brand and marketing-related activities for the Singapore business. Also, as a Marketing Executive, you must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write a variety of content formats. As the brand guardian and wordsmith, you must also be comfortable taking direction from various stakeholders and reworking or adapting copy to suit brand\'s tone of voice.

• Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop creative concepts into compelling content.
• Craft engaging copy for digital channels including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and more.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies through online campaigns, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), social media and others, with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
• Work closely with Sales department and other departments to design and develop digital marketing collaterals and campaign assets, such as eDM, promotional emails, videos, landing pages and infographics.
• Track and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web and social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Manage enquiries and messages on social media, website and enquiry email
• Assist in the execution of internal and external marketing communications, media publicity and events
• Assist in all marketing administrative matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or communications or relevant qualification.
• Inquisitive, tenacious and self-motivated individuals
• Creative and strategic thinker; able to think out of the box and produce relevant copy for our target audience
• Has good design sense and a keen eye for detail
• Preferably has experience in a creative/advertising agency, or content publishers
• Has strong writing skills and is able to write in a different tonality
• Able to multitask and work under time pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment
• Able to handle tight deadlines
