As the Marketing Executive for our restaurant and ecommerce business, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the management team to define marketing objectives and create innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the restaurant and ecommerce business, incorporating both online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Manage and enhance our brand image across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
Create and oversee the production of engaging marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and advertisements.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective email marketing campaigns, social media management, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns, track ROI, and provide regular reports to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, culinary, and sales, to align marketing efforts and support business objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Plan, organize, and attend media tastings or product launches to generate buzz and gain media coverage. Provide journalists and influencers with firsthand experiences of new menu items or products, allowing them to share their feedback and opinions with their respective audiences.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry or ecommerce sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
