Marketing Executive

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Support the marketing function of the hotels, F&B, Spa and Raffles City Convention Centre
• Basic proofreading & copywriting to prepare communications for various channels with a focus on digital platforms
• Upload and manage approved digital content, ensuring all platforms are kept updated
• Coordinate on-site communications and sponsorship opportunities
• Facilitate photography and filming arrangements; partnership administrative work; market research; collaterals/menus requests, updates & compilation
• Assist Marketing department with the day-to-day administration, including procurement, human resources coordination;
• Assist other team leads in the department in ad hoc hotel projects
• Perform administrative duties such as monthly accruals and forecasting
• Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by Senior Director of Marketing and Assistant Director of Digital Marketing.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Marketing
• A minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office
• Experience in handling social media platforms, content management systems will be an advantage
