Summary: PayPal is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead and support various online and offline marketing initiatives, focused on delivering campaign and field marketing programmes. At the core of this role is the responsibility of executing and optimising marketing campaigns that target the B2B audience in APAC. These campaigns will include a mix of channels like social media, specialized media, content syndication, email marketing, digital and live events, amongst others.

The main goal of this position is to help PayPal position itself as a key commerce partner to B2B organizations, bring awareness to our value propositions and create commercial interest to our offering \xe2\x80\x93 you will help create long term relationships with some of the most important global and regional multinationals currently in the market.

The position is to be based in our Singapore office (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Digital marketing: strategize, create, plan, and execute core key seasonal and product-related marketing campaigns creating a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing our creative agency, developing creative assets for owned and paid channels, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Content management: Support our local content needs by collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop contents and distribution plans across marketing channels (Paid Media, Web, Direct Mail, and Email) that lead to opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure marketing plays are in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives. Partner closely with our BDR and sales teams to ensure strong alignment and clear lead follow-up based on local target lists.
  • Reporting and analysis: Measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the campaigns. Own campaign metrics and reporting and actively take part in launching and testing new initiatives.
This role operates as a core member of the team building a scalable, lead generation and account-based marketing function in APAC . It requires regular collaboration with our broader Sales and Marketing teams within Europe and the US, allowing you to work in a truly international environment.

Experience and skills:
  • Background in Marketing/ Digital Marketing, Business or related University degree
  • 3 years + working in digital (startup, agency) or on a related industry (B2B, SaaS, Fintech)
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
