Responsiblities The ideal candidate is a playmaker that can run a campaign with just an idea - they are able to conceptualise a seeded idea and explore various marketing opportunities. Ideating innovative marketing strategies and bringing possibilities into fruition is their passion. They are a self-starter, intuitive, creative, yet organised. They identify, diagnose, and fill gaps swiftly and rationally.

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign/social media marketing, Brand management and/or PR
• Develop marketing plans, prepare proposals and decks
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
• Strategise and manage social media accounts
• Strategise, optimise, and manage ads (Google, YouTube, Social Media, TikTok)
• Manage KOLs for various campaigns
• Client and community management via events, workshops, and seminar
• Experience in digital marketing and content management
• Evaluate performance and provide recommendations to improve Campaign performance
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
• Manage simultaneous projects from a variety of verticals
• Write and proofread effective copies
• Design basic marketing assets
• Other ad-hoc tasks

• Highly organised and astute
• Excellent time management
• Strong analytical skills
• Good educational background
• Excellent written and communication skill
• Highly proficient in English
• Experience in media buying is preferred

• Experienced content creator (esp. video content)
• Possess an eye for video content and production
• Advertising/media agency experience
