The Marketing Executive develop, plan and execute marketing, advertising and promotion strategies for Benjamin Barker, a menswear retail brand.
Develop the marketing calendar for all campaigns, promotions and advertising
Develop, plan and execute tactical promotions
Develop, plan and execute events that promote store visits
Develop, plan and manage social media accounts
Responsive to customer needs by taking care of the online community on social media and Google accounts
Work closely with retail and merchandising team to understand the service, products and write effective copy and ensure that promotions are in sync and effective
Collaborate with the team to create compelling visuals that supports marketing objectives
Work with strategic partners and malls to craft partner promotions, leverage on database and media shout outs
Identify and collaborate with PR and Influencers to curate content for brand awareness, engagement and conversion
Monthly performance reports to determine effectiveness of campaigns and recommendations on future steps
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good project management skills
Vibrant, proactive and passionate about making a mark in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
Sound understanding on the principles of marketing in the following areas:-
o Content Marketing o Social Media Marketing o Influencer Marketing o Email Marketing o Fashion Marketing
