Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm
Good Remuneration Package Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist in organizing and coordinating events/ conferences/ exhibitions.
- Oversees and coordinates the creation and production of collateral.
- Co-maintaining websites and co-administer social media accounts within the team.
- Any other ad hoc duties required from time to time and/ or according to the statutory requirements.
- Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Possess at least 2-3 years of digital marketing or marketing experience
- Out-going personality with good inter-personal skills and possess good team player traits.
- Able to multi-task and possess good project management skills
- Hands-on experience in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient with Microsoft Application (ie. Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc)
- Required to attend events or present/ meet with vendors, event organizers, and others during weekends
