Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of product micro-sites, video productions, sales enablement materials to increase brand visibility and engage with potential customers
• Primary skills: Writing for advertorials and internal newsletter
• Media management- Media evaluation etc
• Develop marketing content such as ads, videos, digital banners, social media
• Basic conceptualisation skills for ad campaign
• Able to manage end-to-end marketing material processes- from invitation to quote, award, brief, execution, management coordination works to end delivery.
• Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and initiatives.
• Basic office administration including invitation to quote, application of visit passes and any other assigned duties.
• Review and manage images and video footages for the media library.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, PR / Advertising.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing / communications / events management /advertising agency
• Excellent written, communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently or as a team, multi-tasking is a must have, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Has strong interest in Defence related scope.
• Familiarity with design software, photography and videography editing is a plus
• Always observe a code of strict confidentiality

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year Agency Contract employment.
