Job Description

You will be the hands-on content engine for the clinic. You'll storyboard, shoot, edit and publish daily/weekly content (reels, stories, posts, carousels, captions). You'll manage our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), keep the feed consistent, and report on what's performing. This role is very production-heavy -- not just "briefing an agency," but actually doing the work yourself in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing



Plan, storyboard, film, and edit short-form video content (IG Reels, TikTok, Stories, clinic walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes, treatment prep, product textures, etc.). Strong hands-on editing in CapCut or Adobe Premiere is required. Design static and carousel posts, infographics, and on-screen text using Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent). Write captions that are on-brand: calm, factual, educational, and compliant (no medical promises, no "before/after", no "instant results" claims). Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and storytelling across platforms.

Social Channel Management



Post and schedule daily/weekly content on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Monitor comments, DMs, and basic enquiries in a professional, reassuring tone, and escalate leads/medical questions to the clinic team (you do not give medical advice). Track engagement, reach, saves, click-throughs, and identify what is resonating so we continuously improve.

Campaigns & Brand Building



Support mini-campaigns (e.g. launch of a new skin analysis method, member events, private preview evenings, educational talks). Capture real clinic moments: treatment room setups, devices, textures, doctor-led education, patient journey touchpoints (without showing identifiable patient results unless approved for internal/on-premise use and in line with MOH rules). 2 Keep an eye on social / beauty / skincare / wellness trends and suggest timely ideas that fit our brand and stay within healthcare advertising regulations in Singapore.

Compliance & Governance



Work within Singapore's healthcare advertising regulations: No "before & after" or "after only" photos/videos in public-facing ads. No guaranteed outcomes ("instant lift in 1 session"). No promotional language that solicits treatment or encourages consumption with financial incentives. Ensure all content reflects factual, responsible information and protects patient confidentiality.
What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

~1-2 years of hands-on social media / content creation / digital marketing experience (beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, clinic, medspa, or lifestyle preferred). Confident using Canva for layout/carousels and basic key visuals. Confident editing short-form video in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere / Rush / After Effects (basic level is fine -- we care about clean, modern, scroll-stopping reels). Strong copy sense: you can write clean, educational captions that feel human, not salesy, and you know how to fit meaning into 15 seconds. Comfortable being on-site in clinic to shoot content, work around treatment rooms, and capture moments quickly without disrupting patient privacy. Good time management -- you can juggle content planning, filming, editing, posting, and reporting in a fast-moving clinic environment.
Good to have:

Experience in beauty / aesthetics / dermatology / wellness brands in Singapore. Basic understanding of IG / TikTok analytics and how to translate metrics into "What should we do next week?" Familiarity with Singapore's MOH / HCSA advertising rules for medical aesthetic clinics, or strong willingness to learn quickly. (We will train you.) Basic SEM / paid social / boosted post experience is a plus, as long as you understand compliance boundaries. Mandarin proficiency is a plus for captions/subtitles, as some of our audience is bilingual.
