Job Description

QuickHR, a rapidly expanding HR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), is looking to hire a creative Marketing Executive to assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels.This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong ability to follow up with both internal and external stakeholders to see all projects through to completion in a timely manner.Key responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and executing all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media, CRM management, search and display advertising campaigns

• Produce and deliver engaging content, including social media posts, EDMs, blog articles, guides, e-books, checklists, guest postings, infographics, press releases, videos, etc.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition

• Plan and spearhead client loyalty program

• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

• Assist with event & exhibition logistics, including sourcing for vendors, communicating with internal teams, planning timelines and booth setup

• Keep CRM system updated at all times and set up workflows to maximise its usage

• Comfortable with proactive contact and reaching out to partners and leads via call/email/ social media platforms

• Report on project results and recommendations

Requirements:

• Absolute must-have: Attention to detail

• Excellent written English skills

• Experience using a CRM (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)

• Experience in graphic design editing for marketing campaigns (e.g. Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop)

• Experience with photography and videography filming and editing (a big plus)
