Job Description
Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in Our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
- Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
- Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
- Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.
- Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
