Main Duties: Graphic design/ Photography/ Product Content Development for social media channels

• Design various types of collaterals for the organization’s requirements. These collaterals will be used for various channels including social media platform or other digital channels. Such collaterals may include graphics for digital platforms and print, videos and photographs.
• Schedule social media posts, inclusive of copywriting of articles and creation of media assets.
• Need to be familiar with posting/ management of content on Social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Telegram.
• Create drafts for EDM templates. Familiarity with email services like Mailchimp or Constant Contact is welcomed.
• Develop infographics, sales leaflets, brochures, and brand sales kits for sales team.

• Manage and react promptly to customers’ enquiries and responses on social media channels and websites.
• Assist to co-ordinate with other supporting departments when required.V

• Regular administrative tasks including POS materials inventory checks, sponsorship documents follow up.
• Assist and be involved with the planning, organisation and marketing activities, i.e. private sale events and/ or brand showcase/ new product launch presentations.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks and organize events logistics co-ordination where necessary.

• Creative and meticulous with details.
• Good written English with a passion for writing.
• Experience with design software like Adobe suite or Canva.
• Working knowledge of Wordpress
• Minimum Diploma
• 1-2 years working experience (preferred)
