MARKETING EXECUTIVE Full-time | Singapore (Hybrid) About the Job Think Tank Studio will prioritise Singaporean, Singapore PRs, as well as applicants with a current right to work in Singapore (without needing a visa). As Marketing Executive, you will directly support the branding, marketing, and end-to-end engagement efforts across the various magazines we publish. You will also work closely with the leadership team to build up the branding and marketing capabilities for Think Tank Studio. The ideal candidate we’re looking for is a self-starter, who can independently manage digital marketing campaigns, possesses a good understanding of social media platforms and SEO marketing, and is able to analyse data to strategically build brand value for Think Tank Studio. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy

  • Support the creation of a brand strategy for the magazines
  • Research and test user responses to the brand identity of the magazines
  • Create brand guidelines for the magazines
  • Manage the existing magazines’ e-commerce websites: ensure information is accurate and updated, oversee website development, ensure proper tracking and reporting for data analysis, co-create content and copies for the websites
Digital Marketing
  • Support end-to-end marketing strategies for the magazines that drive reach and awareness into conversion and engagement
  • Research and conceptualise marketing campaigns to generate sales for the magazines (e.g., user workshops with teachers/students)
  • Independently execute campaigns and activities
  • Manage engagement across marketing channels online and offline, incorporating the best practices in SEO and community engagement
  • Create and maintain content calendars on social media with relevant and targeted social assets aligned with the magazine’s branding
Qualifications
  • Minimally 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or branding. Prior experience in design/content studios, and marketing/brand agencies are favourable.
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing / Business.
  • Native level written and spoken English.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills.
  • Problem solver with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to take ownership and demonstrate initiative related to improving branding and marketing for Think Tank Studio.
