Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across platforms such as digital, social media, and email Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, assess competitor strategies, and understand customer preferences Develop compelling content for marketing assets including brochures, e-newsletters, and social media updates Organize and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and outreach activities Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement Oversee regular updates and maintenance of the company's website and social media channels Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging

Who We're Looking For:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline Prior experience in a marketing role is an advantage Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and social media strategies Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to manage multiple projects independently while being a great team player Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software Background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic operations is a significant plus
