Job Description
Marketing Front Desk Officer reports to the Director/Marketing Manager. Hairlux is dedicated to fostering an employee-focused, high-performance culture that prioritizes empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and development of a superior workplace.
Individual to be active in :
1. Manage key accounts, clients & consultants for continual enquiry generation
2. Develop solutions and strategies for client target audience
3. Support and coordinating organisation operations and channels
4. Provide excellent customer service and increase brand awareness for associated clients
Job Requirements
1. To support and assist a Senior Leader with their administrative tasks, which include heavy calendar management - organize daily calendars while demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities; adjust and prioritize schedules due to changes in conflicting meetings that arise at the last minute.
2. Coordinate crucial team meetings with both internal leadership and external business partners.
3. To gain experience evaluating campaign progress using various metrics and submitting performance reports, as well as collaborating with managers on budgeting and spending tracking.
